IT Technician (100% Onsite)
Additional Information: Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship or support. We do not entertain C2C arrangements or engage with third-party intermediaries for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer incoming calls and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into the help desk ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues, including networking issues (TCP/IP), Microsoft Office suite, and custom applications.
  • Assist end-users with equipment setup, including desktops, projectors, video conferencing systems, etc.
  • Build PCs for internal company use, including image creation/maintenance.
  • Assist with technical training and user education as needed.
  • Support special project work as needed.
  • Stay informed on current technology trends and best practices.
  • Provide PC and printer repair.
  • Deliver white-glove service to senior leadership.
  • May require after-hours support (<10%).
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Windows OS and in troubleshooting hardware such as printers, desktops, and laptops.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Software Suite.
  • Training and/or experience with LAN, WAN, and wireless network support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with providing high-touch service to leadership.
  • Ability to interface with users in a clear and user-friendly way.
  • Experience with Phone/PBX systems is a plus.
  • Airwatch/MDM experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and respect for others, with flexibility and openness to change.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High school graduate required; some college and/or technical school preferred.
