EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and three (3) years or more related experience. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Active DoD Secret Clearance required. U.S. citizenship required.

Description
SAIC is currently seeking a Metrics and Data Analyst to develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to improve decision making in Fort Knox, KY.
Responsibilities and Roles:
- Conducts analysis on data and information to provide predictive forecasting.
- Verifies accuracy of information and uses information to present lessons learned and support to After Action Reviews.
- May provide support directly to military units.
- May develop and provide academic instructions, field training, or experiential training.
- Researches, identifies, and prepares military resources required for task execution and completion.
- Gathers, processes, and analyses military tactical and operational data in support of military planning and operations.
- The candidate will exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Apply and/or develop highly advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
- Participates with senior management to support strategic plans and objectives.
- Candidate must be willing to work in the training environment and operational conditions.
- Work requirements may exceed the standard workday to include supporting 24-hour Army operations.
- CONUS travel up to 25% is required.
Qualifications

- Experience in Public Affairs and Communications.
- Demonstrated experience with developing lessons learned including writing, editing, photography, and multimedia communications.
- Ability to analyze and interpret communication solutions for Army units.
