Our client, a large international professional services organization, is seeking a senior IT Support Specialist to join their team. Ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience working within a professional services company. College degree preferred in CS, IS as well as technical certifications.
Must have worked with H/W and trouble shoot issues that arise, experience in audio visual, laptop, voicemail, installation of software applications, and smartphone problems that arise. Additional experience in supporting senior executives, C-level managers and other high level Directors.
Skills required: MS Office 365, Windows 10,
Certifications Preferred, MCSE, Cisco CCNA
