We are currently seeking an IT Field Technician to join our intentionally collaborative team in our Reynoldsburg (Columbus Metro Area) office.
We'll Provide:
- Salary is expected to start at $55-65K and is scalable based upon experience

What You'll Do:
- Install, configure, and deploy hardware components including desktop, laptops, servers, and associated peripherals.
- Provide on-site support to clients, addressing their technical concerns and ensuring their technology runs efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and system checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, installations, and troubleshooting activities. Provide detailed documentation for future reference.
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing their hardware and software resources effectively. Provide basic training when necessary.
- Document, track, and prioritize support incidents using a ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Skills you'll need:
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive mentality, and ability to change tasks rapidly as a service business, we expect the unexpected to disrupt our plans.
- Ambition to advance, learn new applications, and master new skills
- 1-3 years of hands on PC support experience and O365 knowledge
- Knowledge of low-voltage cabling standards, types, and usage scenarios.
- A general knowledge of different hardware platforms, cloud services, and line of business applications.
