Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for RF cable assemblies and multiport signal cables. This role requires a strong understanding of RF technology, cable assembly techniques, and process engineering principles. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a passion for improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes for RF cable assemblies and multiport signal cables.
  • Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Implement and maintain process control systems to ensure consistent product performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Train and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Ideally, Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the RF cable assembly or electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of RF technology and cable assembly processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620.
