What You ll Do
- Execute IT infrastructure optimization, including hardware/software configuration and technical support
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards
- Generate analytics reports and performance metrics using advanced data visualization tools
- Develop and conduct staff training on security protocols and compliance
- Research and implement healthcare technology solutions
- Support EHR (Electronic Health Records) system optimization
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong expertise in healthcare data analytics and HIPAA compliance
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Looker Studio
- Google Workspace
- Data visualization tools
- Cloud computing platforms
- Healthcare IT systems
- Cybersecurity protocols
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of healthcare data protection standards
- Proven track record in healthcare technology implementation

Reports to: Director of Operations
Schedule: 15-20 hours/week, Part-Time, Hybrid (remote and in-person)
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of associate level collegiate degree or certification in data analytics, health information technology, computer science, healthcare informatics, or other related field
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or healthcare IT related role
- Prior mental health field experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
- $20-22/hour
