Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Jira and Confluence, providing expert guidance on best practices and standards.
- Lead tool usage, best practices, and process enablement, supporting integrations and enterprise processes.
- Assist users with technical issues, provide demos and training, and ensure consistent tool performance.
- Document technical solutions aligned with enterprise goals, identifying and bridging process gaps.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk) and 3rd-party add-ons.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, ITIL, and excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills. Bachelor s degree required.
