What You Will Do
As our Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for creating and producing concept artwork to support the Disney Parks Retail Innovation team's creative processes and pipeline.
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

What You Will Do
As our Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for creating and producing concept artwork to support the Disney Parks Retail Innovation team's creative processes and pipeline.
- Create strong POV / mood boards, pitch decks, and strategic roadmaps for projects
- Develop concept art and new technique creative to co-ordinate with trends in the marketplace
- Contribute new graphic design ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions
- Maintain graphic design standards that meet brand guidelines and strategies
- Monitor social listening platforms, and maintain a constant pulse on cultural dynamics, trends, and opportunities
- Bring data to life through dynamic, clearly articulated creative outputs (graphics, videos, presentations, reports, 3-D models, renderings, etc..) designed for functional, organization-wide engagement
- Participate in blue sky brainstorm sessions for new products and experiences.
- Awareness and benchmarking experience in design, fashion and market trends
- Strong traditional and digital drawing skills and concepting capabilities
- Strong creative computer skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Creative Suite, Keynote)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior or recent graduate within the past 6 months, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Art, Graphic Design and/or Illustration

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025-June 2025
- You must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the duration of the internship
- This internship is a hybrid position and requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Fully available from Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
- Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area
