Manager, Supply Chain Management
Responsible for developing, implementing and administering supply chain programs, tools and processes for multiple supply chain functions including commodity management, material management, procurement and subcontracts. Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals and objectives. Works with functional leaders to perform analysis and identify areas for performance improvement. Oversees and supports implementation of strategic initiatives and activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality. Establishes, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Develops and maintains working relationships with global supply chain partners. Designs and implements business metrics to monitor, track, and report sourcing project progress.

- Has hiring, firing, promotion and compensation authority within own organization, in accordance with management review and approval.
- Reports to Senior Manager or higher.

- Works to influence others to accept individual or team’s views or practices and changes to concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Requires ability to communicate with leadership regarding matters of importance to the function or business area.

Education & Experience
- Requires management and leadership knowledge in job area.
- Typically has comprehensive knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline and may have broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is 96,500k-179,000k. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
