Fabletics is looking for a QA Analyst I.
How do you fit in?
As a QA Analyst I for our Evolve technology stack, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our WMS (warehouse management system) and supply chain software suite. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and end users to test and verify that the system meets the functional, technical, and performance requirements.
QA Analyst I will report to Director of Product, Evolve.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $64,200-$75,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.

Fabletics is looking for a QA Analyst I.

As a QA Analyst I for our Evolve technology stack, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our WMS (warehouse management system) and supply chain software suite. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and end users to test and verify that the system meets the functional, technical, and performance requirements.
QA Analyst I will report to Director of Product, Evolve.
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot operational issues brought forth by end users
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and summary reports. Collaborate with other team members on test plans for large new feature releases
- Test new features and bug fixes during 2 week sprint cycles
- Assist QA Automations engineers in the curation and maintenance of the automation suite
- 0-1 years of experience querying relational databases
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain processes (preferred).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to set own individual goals to achieve project milestones
- Curiosity and critical thinking
- Patience and persistence
- A growth mindset. QA is a field where continuous improvement is key. QA Analysts should always be open to feedback, learning new skills, and improving processes to ensure better product quality over time.
- This role is approved to be fully remote, with a strong preference in the Louisville, KY area.
