cBEYONData is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to build an innovating product that solves the client's problem and improves audit strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow GRC modules
  • Conduct functional testing to ensure system functionality meets project requirements
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve defects and issues
  • Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing phases
  • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed
  • Develop user stories and internal procedures to improve systems

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in similar role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with automated testing tool for ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance principles
  • Experience managing project using agile methodology
  • Experience in process automation and/or improvement
  • General understanding of process automation tools
  • Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience as a functional tester in ServiceNow GRC implementations a plus
