Job Description
The Director, Brand Marketing, will lead our brand strategy and marketing efforts. As a strategic leader, they will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand campaigns, enhancing brand equity, and driving consumer engagement across all channels. The Director, Brand Marketing will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, market differentiation, and the achievement of business objectives.What You ll Do
  • Lead the development, briefing, planning, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple consumer touch points that effectively communicate the brand's story, values, and offerings.

  • Partner with CEO & Face of Brand to ensure brand voice and identity are executed authentically and consistently across all consumer touch points

  • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and define best practices to reach and engage with them

  • Responsible for all integrated brand campaigns by ensuring synchronicity in execution across all marketing channels

  • Drive brand awareness initiatives through PR, partnerships, events, OOH, etc.

  • Lead retail marketing initiatives to drive conversion across stores

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling creative assets

  • Partner with Chief Growth Officer and Head of Business Development on key brand partnerships

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for the brands

  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, business or a related field. Master s degree preferred

  • 7+ years in branding or marketing roles

  • Proven track record of successfully developing & executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns

  • Proficiency in content marketing, PR, partnerships, etc.
