Atlas Tech, a veteran-owned IT company serving multiple DoD customers in support of America's warfighters, is looking for a MECM/SCCM Windows Engineer in Charleston, SC who will support a US Navy environment. The selected applicant will manage the development and deployment of Windows baseline images using SCCM/MECM.
Payband - $70,000 - $90,000
You Will:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and deploy windows baseline images using SCCM/MECM
- Create and deploy task sequences in SCCM/MECM - Windows Migrations, custom image deployments, configurations, etc.
- Deploy third-party software using standard SCCM/MECK best practices or through third-party repo connected to SCCM/MECM
- Integrate other tools into SCCM/MECM such as WSUS, Bitlocker, WDS (deployment workbench) and third-party tools such as Manage Engine, Dell Command or any other tools and services
- Perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment
- Responsible for technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding
- Provide technical support, administration, and monitoring of Microsoft Windows systems within a physical and virtual environment
- Support operations, maintenance and troubleshooting for end user workstations, to include desktop applications
- Lead efforts to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement to support effective and efficient operations
- Develop and document solutions to complex technical issues
- Maintain all qualification(s) required by the CSWF for PAA.
You Have:
- A Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- At least ten (10) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) or SCCM in an enterprise environment for desktop imaging and configuration management
- At least ten (10) years of experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, OCSP, WSUS, DFS, IIS
- Experience using SCCM for Endpoint configuration management (patches, bitlocker, etc).
- The selected applicant must, at a minimum, meet DoD 8570.11- IAT Level II certification requirements (currently Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP along with an appropriate computing environment (CE) certification)
- An active DoD secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
