We're seeking to expand our inbound sales team to focus on intaking commercial, developer, and builder leads. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, being part of the highest-growth division within Aquaria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit driven, fast execution, and a self-directed problem-solver. This role is demanding and is most suitable to someone who is seeking to learn quickly and grow their career as their top priority.
Responsibilities
The Account Executive will be the principal point of contact between us and our customers and whose main responsibility is to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Below are some of the details of the day-to-day duties:
- Product Pitch - Pitch our product/solution to inbound B2B leads scheduled by the SDR team. The AE will assess the business needs and use case to then provide a solution.
- Negotiation - Utilize your strong negotiating skills to build a contract with terms that determine the pricing terms and effectively understand the needs of prospects and illustrate how our solution is best suited to alleviate those challenges.
- Close Deals - The success of this role shall be measured by the number of deals closed and revenue generated.
- Collaboration - Connect with SDR and Marketing teams to develop a better understanding of the types of leads coming in. Touch-base frequently with the marketing team to produce promotional materials that drive leads.
- Sales Strategy Development - Through research and attendance to industry events, the Account Executive will keep abreast with industry best practices and new trends to help our Sales Director in developing sales strategies and innovative ways to grow revenue and setting quotas.
- Other related projects and tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience closing B2B contracts in: HVAC, Plumbing, Solar, and Battery
- Construction (remote development, sustainable construction or design)
- Hospitality (hotels, F&B, etc.)
- Builder (Residential production & custom builders, commercial builders)
- Highly proficient with technical hardware sales practices
- Ability to build business and customer relationships from the first call and continued after the sale.
- Familiar with BRM and CRM best practices and management technology.
- Charismatic communicator with a strong work ethic and an unrelenting personality that is not easily turned off by objections (Multilingualism is a plus)
