We are on the search for a HR Project Manager to join our team in the Twin Cities. This role involves leading the implementation of the Infor performance management module, and it sits within the government and union industry. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the implementation project for the Infor performance management module
Apply project management skills to ensure timely and efficient completion of the project
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate the implementation process
Leverage HRIS implementation skills to ensure the successful integration of the new system
Apply knowledge of government contracts within the project scope
Utilize performance management knowledge to ensure the module meets the needs of the organization
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Identify and manage potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle
Review and monitor the project progress, ensuring all objectives are being met
Communicate project updates and progress to all relevant stakeholders.
Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Project ManagementProven skills in HRIS Implementation are mandatory
Demonstrated ability in Performance Management is required
Familiarity with Infor software is essential
Proven experience in managing Government Contracts
Proficiency in Project Management is necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
