Position Overview: The Director of Integrated Media is responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and performance of all organic digital media efforts, including social media, email marketing, YouTube channel management, and other organic content platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in digital marketing and a passion for driving brand engagement through innovative and effective content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the agency s goals. Oversee content creation, community management, and analytics across all social platforms.
Email Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation, personalization, and engagement.
YouTube Management: Oversee the agency s YouTube strategy, including content creation, SEO optimization, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
Content Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated content strategy across all organic channels to ensure cohesive messaging and maximum audience engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of organic media campaigns. Use data to drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content creators, social media managers, and email marketers. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as paid media, creative, and client services, to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on organic media channels.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media, email marketing, and content strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and YouTube analytics.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
