What You'll Be Doing


  • Oversee the implementation of a cohesive content marketing strategy across various communication channels.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative and digital teams to develop and implement content for client blogs, email marketing, and general copy.
  • Lead the planning, set up, and optimization of paid media campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget allocation.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Web Development to design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
  • Implement tracking and attribution methodologies to accurately measure the impact of paid media campaigns on client revenue and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Identify reporting metrics and create dashboards and reporting methods to effectively communicate performance
  • Execute and manage multiple campaigns including paid advertising on web and social platforms, SEO content, and email marketing, optimizing for performance and budget to meet campaign goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of digital, content, or performance marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns
  • Substantial experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Creative/editorial copywriting preferred
  • Forward thinking and highly collaborative
  • Asana experience a plus
  • Must love dogs (seriously.)

Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • Friday, 8 am - 3 pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Greenville, SC (West Village): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: On-site (Hybrid schedule may be a possibility upon discussion)
