The Program Manager will be crucial in managing acquisition support, conducting market research, and overseeing bank reconciliation processes. This role requires expertise in federal acquisition strategies, financial analysis, and bank reconciliation procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in program and project management, focusing on acquisition, vendor evaluation, and financial reconciliation to optimize contract management and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage acquisition planning and procurement activities. Ensure that all acquisition processes adhere to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and policies, providing guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
  
• Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, evaluate supplier capabilities, and assess industry conditions. Use findings to inform acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with agency needs and project goals.
  
• Manage and conduct bank reconciliations for accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal standards. Investigate discrepancies, resolve reconciliation issues, and implement improvements to streamline processes.
  
• Oversee and manage multiple projects related to acquisition support and financial operations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet organizational objectives.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders, including vendors, internal departments, and federal agencies, to align acquisition, financial reconciliation, and procurement strategies with organizational goals.
  
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on market research, acquisition strategies, and reconciliation outcomes. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and maintain accurate records of all project activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, federal acquisition support, market research, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in federal acquisition regulations (FAR), procurement policies, and best practices in acquisition and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, bank reconciliation, and error resolution.
• Project management skills, with experience in using tools like MS Project, Excel, or other software for tracking project milestones and reconciliation processes.
