  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Dialer Developer/Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Genesys dialer solutions to enhance our contact center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Genesys technology, telephony systems, and experience in optimizing dialing strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.

  • Design, develop, and implement dialer configurations using Genesys technologies.
  • Optimize dialer performance and ensure compliance with dialing regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve dialer-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Monitor dialer performance metrics and implement enhancements as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for dialer configurations and processes.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on dialer operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to telephony and dialer systems.

  • Java: backend development and integration with Genesys applications
