Contingent Assets is looking for an operational controller who has experience in distribution and retail sales. This role needs someone with a background in accounting and finance as well as operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing operations and help implement and scale procedures to support growth. They need to be able to work alongside front line employees and company owners. This company has been around for 30 years and has plans to double capacity and increase revenue with this growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Controller Level Experience
  • CPA Preferred
  • Oversee All Financials, Month End Close
  • Financial Reporting, KPI & Dashboard Creation
  • Inventory Accounting Is A Must
  • Retail Accounting
  • Strong Operational Background
  • Team Building, Leadership and Mentorship
  • Must Have Experience In Helping Grow Successful Teams
  • ERP Implementation Experience A Plus
  • 10 Years Experience In Operations & Accounting
  • $165K - $200K
