Position and Responsibilities Overview:

  • Facilitate the transfer of information from customers to the internal team.
  • Identify potential problems or issues and coordinate solutions.
  • Prepare and oversee accurate scope letters for projects.
  • Oversee the transition of projects from the Pre-Construction Team to the Operations Team.
  • Ensure preconstruction services meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Provide direction to the internal and external Construction/Design team.
  • Create clear scope summaries that outline project pricing and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate trend timeline and pricing that defines accepted, pending, and declined trends for the project.
  • Explain and define pricing and scope to clients.
  • Act as the representative to ensure clear communication and the transfer of up-to-date project information.
  • Offer solutions and gather necessary information to maintain clarity of the project scope and stay within budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This role is salary plus commission.

Qualifications:

  • Company leader responsible for one or more programs or functions critical to overall company objectives.
  • Negotiates critical and complex issues with top-level employees and executives.
  • Plays a key role in the development and execution of business strategies.
  • Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations that significantly impact extensive and related company activities.
  • Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding important programs and activities.
  • Manages autonomous individuals, managers, and diverse teams, providing broad direction.
  • Expert in the field with extensive relevant experience (15+ years).
  • Master's degree or college/university graduate, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience typically required.
