  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Handling emails, including inquiries about part numbers and technical questions
  • Managing parts, ensuring accurate identification, and timely delivery
  • Locating drawings and identifying correct parts for customers
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting fault codes
  • Reading wiring schematics and contacting engineers for further diagnostics
  • Following up with dealers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
  • Conducting team meetings to discuss ongoing issues, share updates, and strategize solutions
  • Maintain website dedicated to these tasks to ensure efficient and effective product support


Requirements
  • General Diesel Engines Knowledge;
