Role Description
AAT3D seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. We re looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to develop and execute marketing campaigns that showcase our expertise in precision measurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our sales, product, and customer support teams.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Sales Marketing at AAT. The role involves overseeing sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development activities. While based in Rochester Hills, MI, the role offers flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales
- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, events, and advertising).
- Create engaging content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and product descriptions).
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics and data, making data-driven decisions.
- Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
