Position Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a strong desire to learn about various aspects of marketing. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for review.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing databases.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
