Helpdesk Support II- PC Refresh Technician

Provide Level 2 helpdesk support. Answers more complex questions about installation and operation of assigned products and escalating all other issues to Level 3 support. Responsibilities include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies.
This role is for a PC refresh technician responsible for replacing outdated hardware with new, pre-built equipment across various locations in the metro area. The technician will work with end users to coordinate and schedule the refresh. Although most devices will be pre-configured, minimal software installation may occasionally be required. This role involves traveling to multiple sites, including office and power plant environments, with a goal of completing 3-5 device refreshes each day. The technician will collaborate with the Deskside Support team, who will handle the initial computer builds for deployment. Following deployment, the technician will assist users with any immediate issues and escalate further issues to the larger team as needed.
The technician will support internal customers/end users across the designated region, traveling to various office and power plant locations within the metro area and surrounding areas as necessary. There is no interaction with external customers or suppliers in this role.
