These ARE NOT engineering, developer, or programming roles. These are consultant roles, not SAP or Salesforce developers or programmers. The candidates MUST understand the sales side. The clients are upgrading their systems and they need someone for each role who understands the systems from the sales perspective to advise them and provide data.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading assessments and delivering functional designs for the platform. Your primary focus is on conducting functional assessments of the Salesforce Sales and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) environment, including the creation of business blueprints, flow mapping, and business requirements analysis to ensure effective implementation.

Expected hours of work are 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master s degree preferred
7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including significant experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM.
Proven experience in conducting functional assessments, designing business blueprints, and process flow mapping within Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM.
Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for Salesforce Lightning.
Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM and configuration of CRM functionalities to meet complex business needs.
Ability to work in a dynamic, project-based environment with tight deadlines.
Salesforce Sales and Cloud and PRM certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Assessment and Analysis
Conduct detailed assessments of the current Sales Cloud environment, identifying areas for optimization or enhancement.
Lead the evaluation of business processes and map them to Salesforce functionalities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Functional Design and Documentation
Develop comprehensive business blueprints that outline functional solutions aligned with client requirements.
Create process flow diagrams and flow mappings to define system integrations and streamline processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM.
Translate business requirements into functional designs, including user stories and technical specifications to meet project goals.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the functional design is feasible and scalable in the Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM environment.
Project Leadership and Delivery
Lead functional design efforts in Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM implementation projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Provide expertise on Salesforce best practices to enhance system performance and deliver successful business outcomes.
Oversee testing efforts, including functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure the solutions meet business requirements.

Continuous Improvement:
Monitor the effectiveness of the implemented Salesforce solution and recommend improvements for system efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Sales Cloud and PRM developments and suggest potential enhancements to the platform.
