Anduril is seeking an experienced Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer to support Anduril's Flight Systems Engineering activities across multiple programs in its Atlanta location. The role includes the opportunity to define and commission a Integration & Test infrastructure from scratch that will be supported by best-in-class capabilities in model-based engineering and requirements based testing leading to system qualification. As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will work closely with the leaders of critical Anduril programs to manage a hands on, highly dynamic and fast-paced design and engineering environment. The Systems Integration & Test Engineering Lead will be the focal point for capturing and defining the baseline for a program's requirements, design, implementation, testing, manufacturing, and sustainment data structures.

$120,000-$181,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. The Systems Integration & Test Engineering Lead will be the focal point for capturing and defining the baseline for a program's requirements, design, implementation, testing, manufacturing, and sustainment data structures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- You will be a Systems Integration & Test Engineering who interfaces with stakeholders including internal programs and external customers.
- You will lead a small but impactful team of SI&T Engineers focused on System of System Testing as well as subsystem integration testing. (i.e. Software, Electrical and Mechanical subsystem testing)
- You will develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs and work closely with functional areas to ensure artifacts are complete and accurate. Develop test artifacts that will often be contractual deliverables and require demonstration at stakeholder meetings and events.
- This role will be critical proving that Anduril offers real Systems Engineering and Mission Systems Integration capabilities.
- Participate in the development of our Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and Implementation.
- Develop a deep understanding of transformational value of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products through the creation and maintenance of systems engineering artifacts.
- Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives when necessary; ask questions that clarify priorities.
- Execute requirement verification test procedures and test reports as required by the supporting programs/ products.
- Support the execution of advanced research and development programs from a systems engineering/ integration & test/ digital engineering perspective.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar engineering or technical field
- 5+ years Systems Engineering Experience across the life cycle. The more, the better.
- 1+ years of experience in Digital Engineering and MBSE.
- Experience with Systems Engineering, Requirements Elicitation and Management, Integration, and Test Activities on complex systems - DoD Weapon Systems, Space Systems, etc...
- Experience with operational testing (i.e., subsystems and system of system).
- Ability to independently derive system-level integration and test (I&T) requirements based on mission requirements and define plans, approaches, and detailed test procedures to solve complex I&T problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and specifications of radar systems for defense and autonomy applications.
- Perform tests in various configurations, including stationary and on-the-move setups on land vehicles or ships
- Outstanding communication skills to include presentation of developed artifacts.
- Experience in the implementation of electronic component interfaces and interoperability
- Experience creating test procedures and plans as well as creating comprehensive test reports.
- Expertise with troubleshooting complex SW/ HW systems and develop issue closure plans with coordinated solutions across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Must hold an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
EVEN BETTER
- Experience with Automated Testing utilizing Python, Cucumber, or Automated Testing Software
- Experience Cameo Simulation Toolkit plugin for Cameo MagicDraw
- Proficiency with Mathworks products (MATLAB, SIMULINK etc.)
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) Certification
- Experience working with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
- Interface Control and ICD generation experience.
- Host Platform Integration Experience.
