Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SaaS application projects, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and deployment.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Oversee project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage communication between teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Track project progress using industry-standard tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project, and ensure adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies as required.
  • Coordinate software integration efforts, including testing, training, and post-deployment support.
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and project execution.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience, specifically in SaaS or cloud-based applications.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale SaaS implementations across multiple business functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration points.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
