Job Description
The CPE SW E2E Triage team is responsible for analyzing and resolving software issues related to our products in the field. We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our team to analyze, develop, design, and maintain software for our organization's products and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues in deployed products.
- Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency.
- Develop, validate, and test software structures and user documentation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in object-oriented software development using C++.
- Knowledge of the Android environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Perform system integration of software and hardware to ensure program consistency and maintain throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and reliability.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- OR 3 years of engineering or technical experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
