Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Respond to emails, manage phone calls, and act as a liaison between executives and other teams.
- Maintain databases and update records accurately.
- Support ongoing projects by tracking deadlines, coordinating team efforts, and reporting progress.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and ensuring workspace efficiency.
- Prior experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working both remotely and on-site, with reliable internet and an efficient home office setup.
