This company provides IT infrastructure to Capital Markets firms in over 20 countries and is itself a successful global organisation, which due to its success, is now seeking to grow its Technical Support team, to support a very exciting client in San Francisco.
*3-4 week training programme will require travel to Belfast and/or London and NYC (all costs covered including meals).

The Role
- Technical Support (Tier 3)
- Working on-site with key financial clients, providing support and troubleshooting for internal employees
- Following escalation process, where necessary
- Deescalating customer frustrations and managing queries in a timely manner
- Potential progression into other areas of the business, depending on your preference, such as management, infrastructure, software or cybersecurity
