About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact Mergers, Acquisitions (M&A), and Major Construction projects within a large healthcare organization. This role requires someone with a strong background in healthcare technology who has successfully managed cross-functional programs in large-scale enterprise environments. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who brings experience in either healthcare or industries with complex M&A or construction programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage M&A and construction programs from planning through execution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity, Organizational Change Management, and others within the organization's IS pillars.

Drive collaboration and consensus in a complex, enterprise environment with many moving parts and siloed departments.

Deliver results in ambiguous situations and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.

Top Qualifications

Enterprise Experience: Background in a large healthcare or similar enterprise environment; experience with M&A and construction programs preferred.

Program Management: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-faceted technology programs.

Leadership Style: A self-starter who leads by consensus, quickly adapts, and takes ownership to drive projects forward in challenging situations.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with healthcare technology, especially the typical M&A and construction tech stack: infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, people integration, and change management.

Healthcare experience is ideal, but candidates with a strong M&A background in other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
