Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Solutions Architect with 12+ years of expertise in ERP Financials and Supply Chain modules, specifically Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and optimizing existing features for enhanced efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, ensuring effective rollouts and integrations.
  • Collaborate with CXOs and business leaders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Create and present strategic proposals for ERP initiatives, including consolidations and rollouts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver robust ERP solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion functionalities, customizations, and integrations.
  • Manage project governance, ensuring stakeholder alignment and smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation, including risk plans and project timelines.
  • Conduct workshops and sessions to gather and implement business process changes.
  • Provide technical solutions to complex requirements while adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience with ERP Financials and Supply Chain modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP.
  • Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ERP optimization and integration.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Quick learner with a customer-oriented approach.
