Day to Day:



  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, excel).

  • Lead Agile ceremony meetings (DSU, grooming, release planning) and drive accountability with teammates.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and testing.


Must Haves:



  • 5 years of experience working hands-on with data data analyzing, modeling, moving, mining, warehousing, architecture, etc.

  • Some of this should be at an enterprise-level organization that sees high volumes of data

  • Experience working as a lead, or a senior member of a team, mentoring/supporting other team members

  • Excel proficiency

  • Tableau (data analysis to help develop dashboards)

  • ETL experience (basic concepts - moving files around between systems of record, ensuring their integrity, etc.)

  • Executive presence: ability to present PowerPoints to senior leadership/stakeholders

  • Communication skills should be excellent: while this resource is not the team lead , they should be at a senior level, able to guide/assist team members as needed, as well as coordinate efforts with the Team Lead
