Position Summary:

Looking for a skilled Workday HCM Administrator with expertise in Workday functionality and testing to join our team. This role will involve managing HR processes within Workday, conducting system testing, end user support, and ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and execute test cases for Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning.
  • Perform regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system reliability and functionality.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on Workday functionalities.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and features to leverage new functionalities.
  • Plan, execute, and document testing for Workday updates, enhancements, and new configurations to ensure functionality meets business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Workday HCM, including familiarity with various modules and functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
