Job Title: IBM Datastage Lead / Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle Planning Administration, Oracle PL/SQL, Python, Unix Shell Scripting, Unix Scripting, Unix Commands, Unix, IBM Infosphere Datastage admin, Datastage Scheduler, and IBM Infosphere Datastage. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English (Read/Write, Speak) and operates during day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Planning Administration solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and optimization of Oracle PL/SQL scripts to ensure efficient database operations.
- Provide expertise in Python for developing and maintaining automation scripts.
- Utilize Unix Shell Scripting to automate routine tasks and improve system performance.
- Implement and manage Unix Scripting and Unix Commands to ensure seamless system operations.
- Administer Unix systems to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Manage IBM Infosphere Datastage administration tasks to support data integration processes.
- Schedule and monitor Datastage jobs using Datastage Scheduler to ensure timely data processing.
- Develop and maintain IBM Infosphere Datastage workflows to streamline data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Planning Administration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Python for database and scripting tasks.
- Have extensive experience with Unix Shell Scripting, Unix Scripting, and Unix Commands.
- Show expertise in Unix system administration to ensure system reliability.
- Have strong knowledge of IBM Infosphere Datastage administration and scheduling.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively in English (Read/Write, Speak).
- Work well in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
- Be a proactive team player with a focus on achieving business goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
