  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duration: 9 months (potential to convert to permanent)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for permanent placement. In this role, you'll work closely with development teams, actively participating in the development and testing lifecycle. This role requires a collaborative team player skilled in manual and automation testing techniques to support quality assurance throughout each stage of development.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with developers, engaging in active, real-time testing to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) efforts.
Perform both manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
Utilize Ansible for automation testing.
Ensure thorough test planning, case creation, and documentation using tools such as TestRail, Jira, and HP products.
Contribute to testing processes that support high-quality, reliable software releases.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering, preferably in a collaborative, hybrid team setting.
Strong background in both manual and automated testing techniques. Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation testing.
Familiarity with TestRail, Jira, and HP products for test management and issue tracking.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Interview Process:
• 1st - One phone screen
• 2nd - In-person interview day (3 onsite interviews in Plano, TX - all in the same day), including two technical assessments
