Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our groundbreaking initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Designing and developing electrical systems and products for medical devices, ensuring their safety, reliability, and performance.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into system specifications and engineering solutions.
3. Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed projects.
4. Performing system simulations and troubleshooting to identify and correct malfunctions.
5. Implementing and maintaining electrical control systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
6. Preparing technical documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and reports.
7. Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers in the team.
8. Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality of components and systems.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
3. Experience with EIT (Engineer in Training) is a plus.
4. Proficiency in electrical engineering software and tools.
5. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and power distribution.
6. Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety codes in the healthcare industry.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
9. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work output.
10. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
