Responsibility:

Provide training for customers and partners. Support the Marketing and Sales team to promote the company s battery products, through calls, meetings, webinars, training and trade shows

Lead per-sales technical support as application engineer role

Lead post-sales technical support for product field issues, manage customer ticket and RMA process

Lead energy storage system product quality compliance. Support battery pack technology and BESS product development to meet performance,quality and compliance target

Manage prospects, maintain and improve key customer relationships

Responsible for RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses for residential/ C&I BESSsolutions

Candidate Qualification:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Bachelor s degree in engineering. Electrical Engineering preferred. Advanced degree preferred

Minimum two years' experience in renewable energy, battery energy storage system, power electronics or electrical system project design,implementation, integration, commissioning, operation and maintenance.

Hands on tracking record in power electronics, battery pack design, BMS development, EMS development, battery storage system development, or related field.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Result oriented, strategic thinking and planning

Job Location: Allen, TX

Travel: 15 - 25%
