ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. As a Purchase Order Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance. This role will be auditing for purchase order policy compliance.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am 5:00pm

Hybrid Schedule after training: 3 days in office (Mon, Tues, Thurs), 2 days remote (Wed, Fri)

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000/year. Based on experience

What you will be doing:

  • Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Source and vet alternative purchase order systems.
  • Create and issue purchase orders in the company s procurement system.
  • Monitor status of purchase orders and resolve discrepancies or issues timely.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities and performance metrics for management review.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

What we require:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • 1-2 years of Accounting or Finance experience.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
