Job Overview:

As the Inside Sales Manager in the B2B aftermarket auto parts space, you will lead and support the external sales team to drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies. You will be responsible for managing sales representatives, delivering accurate sales data, distributing sales materials to customers, and overseeing the rollout and adoption of new CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

-> Sales Team Relations:

  • Monitor and assess individual and team performance using KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge, CRM use, and sales techniques.
  • Coordinate with the external sales team and other departments to align strategies and drive cohesive customer engagement.

->Data Reporting and Analysis:

  • Compile, analyze, and present sales performance data and key metrics to upper management.
  • Deliver detailed sales reports, including revenue trends, forecasts, and pipeline updates, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Identify areas for sales improvement based on data and provide actionable insights for the team.
  • Competitor Research and Analysis

-> CRM Software Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation and rollout of new CRM software, ensuring proper adoption across the sales team.
  • Train team members on CRM functionalities and best practices to maximize efficiency in sales processes.
  • Continuously optimize CRM workflows, ensuring data integrity and improving lead management and customer interactions.

-> Customer Relationship Management:

  • Oversee the distribution of sales materials, such as catalogs, promotions, and product information, to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.

-> Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new opportunities within the B2B auto parts sector.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve overall customer experience and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales management, preferably within the automotive or B2B space.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales data reporting and CRM systems.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, particularly within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Salary range: $60,000
  • Commissions: based on new business
