The Lead Network Administrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust network infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our network systems and applications.

****3 days onsite***

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network performance to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage and administer our Microsoft Azure environment, including virtual machines, storage, and networking resources.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our network from unauthorized access and threats.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that network infrastructure meets the needs of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest network technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Network Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, Remote Desktop, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Microsoft certification, preferably related to Windows Server administration or Microsoft Azure, is a plus.
