Onsite Desktop/End User Project Technician - 4-5 week project - Start ASAP
Monday-Friday - 40 hrs per week
Requirements
- 2 years of recent Desktop related experience with a focus end user support.
- Will be part of onsite Desktop services team working ongoing projects.
- Should have experience with desktop/laptop support, Break/Fix, Windows OS, imaging, SW installs, deployments, and End User support
- Network related issues and support
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technician should carry laptop with network connectivity and tools required to work on requested task
