Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing creative content that supports BPI s marketing strategies and business goals. This individual will be responsible for creating designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design: Design visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, emails, advertisements, flyers, brochures, trade show materials, and other marketing collateral.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with BPI s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and sales teams to develop creative concepts and ensure a cohesive look and feel for campaigns.
Content Adaptation: Adapt designs to various formats and platforms, optimizing visuals for web, social media, and print.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team to enhance our visual storytelling.
Photo Editing: Edit and retouch images for use across different marketing channels.
Vendor Coordination: Work with external printers and vendors to ensure quality and accuracy of printed materials.
Support Digital Marketing: Assist in designing website layouts, landing pages, and email templates that improve user experience and engagement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with digital design tools like Figma, Canva, or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills, including print and digital work.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain creative concepts and ideas clearly.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt designs to changing project needs.
