This is a Hybrid 3 days a week onsite
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead with extensive experience in Flowable to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a proven track record of hands-on development, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. This role requires a deep understanding of process automation and BPM (Business Process Management) using Flowable.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications using Flowable.
Lead the architectural design of new projects and enhancements to existing applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Java and BPM.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
3+ years of experience with Flowable BPM or similar workflow automation tools.
Strong understanding of micro services architecture and RESTful APIs.
Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of other BPM tools and frameworks.
Certification in Java or BPM methodologies is a plus.
