Job Description:
Are you a seasoned Mainframe Developer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the modernization of our legacy Dental application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and enhance critical business applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and solutions to complex problems.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to system performance and functionality.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Mainframe Technologies: Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and VSAM.
  • Database Knowledge: Understanding of DB2 or similar databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with conversion projects from legacy systems.
  • Knowledge of modern development methodologies.
