We are seeking an Office and Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for managing day to day office activities, and gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
- Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in market research or other related fields
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
