Job Description
AGi Mission Support, Inc is seeking an experienced external Project Evaluator to develop an initial project evaluation plan, collect ongoing data and analysis, prepare final reports and recommendations and collaboration with the grants management team.
Responsibilities:
Evaluation Instruments:
- Develop evaluation instruments to match project activities and grant objectives.
- Train and support project participants in the use of these instruments.
- Submit adjusted instruments to the project director for timely approval.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Conduct and analyze data collection activities (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) each semester, including the summer term.
- Integrate qualitative and quantitative data to deliver credible results, ensuring accuracy in annual performance data.
- Use online survey tools, web-based data management, and analysis software.
Evaluation Reporting:
- Provide regular feedback and submit interim reports quarterly.
- Prepare Annual Performance Reports (APR), linking findings to program improvements.
