Position Details:

  • Location: Based in Brentwood, with installations throughout the Greater St. Louis area.
  • Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and open for the right person).
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

This is a fast-paced, solution-driven environment where you ll get hands-on experience with a wide range of signage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install various types of signage, including vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, vehicle wraps, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with design and operations teams to ensure seamless installations.
  • Conduct site surveys to gather necessary details for fabrication, permitting, and installation.
  • Maintain high-quality standards during both the production and installation phases.
  • Keep workspaces organized and manage equipment/materials efficiently.
  • Regularly communicate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and project goals.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a professional Sign Installer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and RIP software (Onyx preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to work in all weather conditions and lift 75+ pounds.
  • A valid Driver s License and ability to travel for installations in the Greater St. Louis area.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience with laser cutting/engraving or routers.
  • Expertise in vehicle wrap installation.
  • Certified installation credentials (3M, Avery, etc.).
  • Familiarity with color management systems.
