  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join their Transaction Advisory Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Analyze financial statements, identify key trends, and assess financial risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
